W.S.L.S. will pay the $50 application fee for each individual high school.   Complete the above Sponsor Application Form and send the fee to N.S.P.S., Trig-Star. (address is on the form).

 

Then send a copy of the application and proof of payment to:

W.S.L.S. will reimburse you for up to $50 per high school.  To be reimbursed, proof of payment must be turned in by the end of the calendar year.
